Welcome to a guided tour to Finnish Toy Museum!
We have guided tours of various theme for different age groups. Toys are not only for young children but they connect different generations: everyone has memories of them! Toys tell about a lot of things: for example about history of childhood, the economical situation of families at different times, new technical inventios and new materials, about the history of fashion and the development of industry, about war, peace, dreams, hopes and fears.Visiting the Finnish Toy Museum can be a great way to start studying history or to return back to one's childhood memories.
Guided tours can also be arranged outside the opening hours from 9 to 11 a.m. from Tuesday to Friday. The content of the tour can be planned according to group's wishes.
Our guided tours are free for groups of children and their teachers. For adults tours cost 25 euros on weekdays and 45 euros at weekends. Max 20 persons per group.
